Genetic Disorders

Millions of children are born with
genetic disorders year after year. Parents of these children suffer great pain, and need to spend a great deal of money for treatment. While the state is among those topping the list in genetic disorders, awareness is too little.

With proper medical counselling, our experts match the genetic characteristics of potential couples, chart the possibilities systematically, and offer advice. Simple scans can detect serious genetic disorders during early pregnancy, so that parents can take informed decisions. After all, why should we suffer when we can avert a situation, or nip things in the bud? Babies born with genetic disorders such as chromosomal abnormalities, Down’s Syndrome, thalassemia, sickle cell disease, Cat cry, Klienfelters Syndrome, and Turner’s Syndrome undergo unexplainable trauma.

Chromosomal abnormalities are associated with retarded physical and mental development. In the case of sex chromosomal abnormalities, the problem is that patients suffer from amenorrhea (absence of menstruation), sterility and/or repeated abortions. Since the type of disease, signs and symptoms in single gene disorders vary, proper screening is advised.

Premarital stage is the best time to stave off these complications. To scientifically ensure a healthy baby even before marriage, take time to find out more about your family pedigree, make a list of genetic diseases of your near and far relatives, and undertake counselling.

Some common questions---

Inheritance in the family, abnormalities in chromosomes, marriages within close relatives, pollution, radiation, infections, hormone imbalance, autoimmune disorder and drugs.
signs and symptom----
Repeated abortions, intrauterine foetal deaths, stillbirths, same type of abnormalities in the family currently or in the past.

Thanks a lot. God bless your effort.
